William B. (Chip) Stanberry, Jr. From 1974 to 1980, Mr. Stanberry was President of Hycel, Inc. (AMEX), a laboratory instrument and diagnostics Company where he had previously served as Chief Financial Officer and House Counsel. He then founded and was Chief Executive Officer of Surgicare Corporation (NASDAQ), an operator of outpatient surgical centers, from 1980 to 1984, and was Chairman of a successor company, Medical Care International, Inc. (NYSE), from 1984 to 1985. Mr. Stanberry subsequently founded and served as Chief Executive Officer from 1986 to 1991 of OmniMed Corporation, a diversified, privately-owned medical investment and holding company. Mr. Stanberry holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J. D. from The University of Texas School of Law.
