William R. Preece, CPA Mr. Preece's experience includes Price Waterhouse, Grant Thorton, where he was a senior manager, and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for private and publicly-owned companies, including Rx Medical Services, an operator of clinical labs and imaging centers, and Physician's Surgical Care, an outpatient surgical center company. Mr. Preece has also held management responsibility for a variety of corporate administrative functions. Mr. Preece, is a licensed CPA, and holds a B. S. and a M. S. in Accounting from the University of Florida.
