Nicole has been recruiting in the Bay Area since 1993 and together with Alison Beyer formed Beyer & Kelley. As a Partner, Nicole has significantly contributed to Beyer & Kelley's emergence as the top Bay Area search firm representing venture capital, private equity and family office clients. In addition to completing financial services searches, Nicole has also focused on searches within the life sciences, high technology and professional services industries. Nicole began her career with Arthur Andersen LLP as a tax professional and earned her CPA. She eventually became the Director of Recruiting at Arthur Andersen's San Francisco office, leveraging her CPA background in the firm's recruiting practice. Nicole moved on to establish a successful search practice at Naughton, Sheehan and Monfredini LLC as a Search Consultant, with a continued focus on accounting and finance professionals. During the dot.com boom, Nicole also worked as the Recruiting Manager for myCFO, a high profile start-up in Silicon Valley. She managed the recruiting function at myCFO during a dynamic period when headcount grew from 100-350 in one year. While at myCFO, she was responsible for hiring professionals in the areas of tax, accounting, software development and administration. An Associates Scholar, Nicole graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Accounting from the University of Southern California. She has served as a Board Member for Accounting Career Awareness Program (ACAP), a program to introduce disadvantaged youth to business.
