Alison is a Managing Director of Beyer & Kelley and was previously a partner with Naughton, Sheehan and Monfredini, LLC, the predecessor firm. Starting her career in search in 1987, she worked closely with the partners at Adams Parker & Lynch and later Parker & Lynch. At both firms, she was an integral team member, developing a successful CPA recruitment practice that placed candidates directly from public accounting and with the combination of public accounting and private industry experience. She has also completed numerous non-CPA and MBA searches. Alison primarily focuses on Controller, Director of Finance, and CFO searches in a breadth of industries. She still finds great passion in building teams, now with the assistance of her accomplished colleagues, having placed anywhere from ten to thirty professionals at multiple clients, over time. A former Certified Public Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP, Alison brings technical accounting and finance knowledge to her search practice. While at PwC, she also focused her efforts on a highly effective college recruitment program, in addition to overseeing the more complex areas of Human Resources such as Employee Benefits. A Beta Gamma Sigma inductee, Alison graduated cum laude with a Bachelors of Science and Commerce in Accounting from Santa Clara University. Alison has served on many local community, educational, and professional boards.
