Molly has over 30 years experience in the financial services and software technology industries. She has held senior executive management roles in marketing, public relations, corporate development and business operations. As Vice-President of Operations for iovation, Molly has overall responsibility for client management and human resources. She also serves on iovation's Board of Directors. Prior to iovation, Molly was vice president of operations at ieLogic, a pioneer in the online gaming industry. Molly developed and managed the finance and business operations from the company's inception. In addition, she served as a consultant to ieLogic's international licensees in establishing or expanding their financial and business infrastructures. She helped drive the successful sale of the company four years later. During Molly's earlier career, she held a variety of roles for B2B and B2C companies where she developed and executed strategic business plans that significantly grew annualized revenues while she tightly managed the bottom line. Molly holds a B.S. from Oregon State University and an M.B.A. in Management from the University of Oregon.
