Jon is an experienced entrepreneur who, along with Greg Pierson, co-founded two companies, ieLogic and iovation. As vice president of business development for iovation, Jon has an active role in defining the company's business strategy, technology partnerships and the development of iovation's fraud management services to meet market demand on a global scale. At ieLogic, Jon was instrumental in creating and driving the company brand and technology innovation that led to the company's successful sale in just five years. Prior to ieLogic, Jon was a marketing executive and consultant working with international brands such as Hewlett Packard. An expert in the areas of Internet security and fraud management, Jon is a frequent speaker at industry trade shows, where he speaks on various topics including online fraud management, online privacy, and emerging technologies that protect online environments against fraud and abuse. Jon has also served as a board advisor for the Merchant Risk Council, an organization of 7,500 merchants, vendors, financial institutions and law enforcement agencies that share the common goal of protecting and encouraging the thriving online commerce industry by establishing best practices for cyber-fraud prevention. Jon holds a B.S. in Economics from Oregon State University.
