Kelly Pepper serves as Nossaman's Chief Operating Officer, leading the Firm's administrative departments and business strategy. She has responsibility for the Firm's overall operations, including finance, information technology, human resources, research and information services, business development, and facilities management. Ms. Pepper spent nine years as the Director of Marketing at Nossaman, overseeing all aspects of the Firm's marketing and business development, client and media relations, communications, and promotional activities. Her strong leadership and business skills successfully drove client development initiatives for individual attorneys, practice groups, and industry teams. The Firm's Marketing Department increased in size and responsibility under her direction. Ms. Pepper joined the Firm in 2001 and has more than 10 years of legal and professional services business development and client relations experience. She has established a proactive business development function at the Firm and has expertise in strategic planning, brand positioning, client service, sales training, and integrated marketing communications programs. Ms. Pepper routinely interviews Nossaman clients to assess their satisfaction with the Firm and works closely with attorneys to improve client retention and growth. She also leverages current and emerging technology to support these endeavors. She also oversees the Firm's overall budget. Prior to joining Nossaman, she was a public finance analyst with Lehman Brothers.
