Mr. John Nugent has over three decades of senior operating and financial management experience within the energy services, lighting, electronics and specialty plastics industries. John is an EVP of the Entrepreneurial Resources Group (ERG), a professional service firm providing experienced executives to companies searching for operational improvements. Previously, John was President & COO of Duro-Test Lighting Corporation, a lighting components manufacturer that was an investment of the Thomas H. Lee Company (THL). He also served as EVP & CFO of Anchor Advanced Products, Inc., another THL investment, which manufactures specialty plastic components. John has also served as SVP, CFO & Controller of various divisions of North American Philips Corporation and GTE Sylvania, Inc. John received a BS in Accounting from Bentley College and an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Boston College. He has also completed the executive program at Stanford University and the GTE Financial Management Development Program.
