Mr. Don McCullough has extensive strategic, operational and financial experience in consumer products and manufacturing. He is the former President and COO of Signature Brands, a $300MM consumer products company including Mr. Coffee, Health-o-Meter, and Pelouze. He also as served in various senior management roles at GTE Sylvania for more than 23 years, including VP-General Manager of the company's European Lighting Division, VP-General Manager of its Automotive Lighting Division, and VP-Controller of its Lighting Products Group. Mr. McCullough is a former member of the Board of Directors of Signature Brands, Inc. and SLI, Inc. (NYSE: SLI), and a current Board member with several smaller growth stage companies. He received a BSBA from John Carroll University, and an MBA from State University of New York.
