A member of the Rivers team since 1991, Mr. Walker is a professional land surveyor bringing a depth of experience not commonly found in many engineering firms today. He lends his leadership and expertise to guide our many civil, institutional and private development projects. With over 40 years in the business and roots in professional land surveying, Mr. Walker is an expert in the design and planning of construction projects including documentation, permitting and land use planning. His particular expertise is with the planning, design and construction administration of commercial and industrial development projects, including land planning, building design, stormwater and drainage systems and road and parking plans. Mr. Walker holds an Associates Degree for Design Technology from Wilson Technical College. He is a Fellow of the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping, a member of the North Carolina Board of General Contractors, North Carolina Society of Surveyors, and the North Carolina Home Builders Association.
