Mr. Barnett is a litigator based in the Salt Lake City office. He practices in the area of complex litigation in a variety of legal fields, including commercial litigation, real estate litigation, employment litigation, and employee benefits litigation. Mr. Barnett has extensive experience in complex commercial disputes, especially relating to breach of contract litigation. Since 2006, Mr. Barnett has been recognized by Utah Business Magazine as among the "Legal Elite" in Commercial Litigation. Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business gave Mr. Barnett its Band One, in Labor & Employment: ERISA in 2007. He continues to be listed in Chambers USA. Prior to joining the Salt Lake City office of Holland & Hart in 1999, Mr. Barnett was with the Salt Lake City law firms of Manning Curtis Bradshaw & Bednar and Richards Brandt Miller & Nelson.
