George D. Daily, Executive Vice President & COO, has 31 years of experience in the management of construction projects ranging in value from $5 million to $160 million. He has extensive experience in construction management and general contracting of large public works projects including power plants, waste treatment facilities, foundations, tunneling, major excavations, embankments and building construction. Daily has special expertise in the preparation of budget estimates and final construction estimates, constructability analysis, value engineering, preparation of front-end documents and bid packages, CPM scheduling, contract administration, negotiation and auditing of change orders, cost and schedule control, as well as claims analysis and development for the resolution of disputes. His range of experience on a wide variety of projects provides an opportunity for owners to benefit from savings in both cost and time on their projects. Daily earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University.
