With Gary at the helm, your project is in great hands. Gary is one of our most sought-after Principals-In-Charge, in large part due to his easy going personality and can-do attitude. When he joined Huckabee, he brought a new standard for project delivery with him. Under his leadership, our firm has implemented an internal advisory committee with the sole purpose of making sure our clients are receiving ample attention and top-notch service. Gary has spent the past 14 years of his 21-year architectural career focused on the educational world. He has studied the learning environments that children are in for most of their lives and is an instrument for school districts to use in achieving their educational goals for their facilities. He is currently working with the HEB, Eagle Mountain-Saginaw and Grapevine-Colleyville school districts as a listening leader to solve their facilities problems while demonstrating economic responsibility. On any given weekend, you ll find Rademacher on a local golf course or spending time with his wife Sally and their children, David and Kaylee.
