As the Director of Operations and Director of Marketing, principal Elizabeth E. Holland, LEED AP, is that point person for Weber Thompson. She oversees daily operations as well as the firm's finances and business, marketing and public relations strategies. Ms. Holland has more than nine years of strategic marketing and writing experience working with companies such as Holland America, Weyerhaeuser and Hogue Wine. She worked as a Weber Thompson associate before her promotion to principal. Ms. Holland is on the board of directors of the Puget Sound American Marketing Association and a member of the Society for Human Resource Professionals. She received her undergraduate degree and Master of Business Administration from the University of Washington. She is a LEED Accredited Professional.
