Donna Balsley has held positions of Director of Nursing, Vice President of Patient Care and Chief Operating Officer for several acute care hospitals in Pennsylvania. In all her positions she was actively involved in developing and implementing Quality programs. She is also a Nurse Surveyor for the Healthcare Facilities Accreditation program and surveys hospitals across the United States. She has served as a consultant for Quality Programs in hospitals. Ms. Balsley is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare executives and is President of Nightingale Awards of Pennsylvania. Ms. Balsley received her diploma is nursing from Harrisburg Hospital School of Nursing, her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from Messiah College, Grantham, PA and her Masters in Business Administration from Frostburg University, Frostburg, MD.
