David Goodling is Vice President of Supply Chain at NIBCO INC. In this role, Goodling is responsible for manufacturing, engineering and distribution including strategic planning, operational targets, and quality management. Goodling drives the company's operating discipline through the use of world class operating and measurement techniques. Additional responsibilities include safety and continuous improvement which represent two of NIBCO's core values. Goodling joined NIBCO in 2008 as Vice President of Manufacturing. Prior to joining NIBCO, Goodling held executive positions at Robert Bosch Tool Corporation in Louisville, Kentucky; General Electric Company in Owensboro, Kentucky; and EZPaintr in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Prior to those positions, Goodling served as a U.S. Army Officer with the 101st Airborne Division. Goodling holds a bachelor's degree in operations management from the United States Military Academy in West Point, New York.
