Chuck Egoville has nearly 15 years of executive search experience and directs senior level assignments in the technology sector. Shortly after joining JM & Company in 1998, Chuck took on a leadership role in the firm by working with the founders to define and execute JM & Company's strategic growth initiatives. Chuck's primary focus is helping high-growth technology companies build world-class executive teams. While at JM & Company, Chuck has developed expertise in the digital media, e-commerce, infrastructure, and cloud computing markets. His recent work includes CEO, CFO, SVP Sales, SVP Marketing, and VP Business Development searches for clients such as RES Software, SeaPass, Decision Strategies Inc, Monetate, myYearbook.com, iMany, Whitefence, NitroSecurity, PHD Virtual, and InsPro Technologies. Prior to joining JM & Company, Chuck held management positions at Bank of America in the consumer finance and credit divisions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Boston College and is an avid runner. He is married with three children and lives in West Chester, PA.
