Young Carers Project

Young Carers Project is a collaborative research project based in the United States. The organization is a small entity with 4 employees. Young Carers Project focuses on research related to children affected by HIV/AIDS. The project partners with Oxford University in the United Kingdom, as well as academic institutions and non-governmental organizations in South Africa. Their research specifically examines children impacted by HIV/AIDS across three provinces in South Africa: Western Cape, Kwazulu Natal, and Mpumalanga. The Young Carers Project's unique approach involves collaborating with diverse partners across international borders to gain a comprehensive understanding of the challenges faced by children living with HIV/AIDS in South Africa.
