Columbia 911 Communications District

Columbia 9-1-1 Communications District (C911CD) is a special district located in St. Helens, Oregon. Governed by a Board of Directors elected from five geographic zones within Columbia County, the District serves as the primary point of contact for public safety emergencies in the region. C911CD provides essential 9-1-1 call-taking, dispatching, and non-emergency communications services to a variety of public safety entities. Their jurisdiction encompasses six law enforcement agencies, five fire districts, and supports emergency medical dispatch for four fire district-owned ambulance services and one private ambulance.
