The Blue Nature Alliance is a global partnership based in the United States. The small organization, with just three employees, was founded by Conservation International, The Pew Charitable Trusts, The Global Environment Facility, Minderoo Foundation, and the Rob & Melani Walton Foundation. Blue Nature Alliance champions a collaborative approach to conservation, recognizing the urgency of widespread and rapid action across the globe. They work to connect and align with organizations and individuals who share their dedication to protecting the natural world. The Alliance draws upon a diverse team with extensive expertise. Their staff includes former marine protected area managers, technical specialists, scientists, storytellers, social scientists, economists, explorers, and seasoned collaborators. This interdisciplinary approach allows them to tackle conservation challenges from multiple angles.
