Yu-Ling Wu Email: [email protected] Phone: 978-405-3202 Yu-Ling Wu, C.P.A., Chief Financial Officer, is in charge of the financial, accounting, human resources, grants and contracts, and administration of the organization. She is responsible for the updating and implementation of the evolving accounting and federal rules and regulations at CC. She manages the preparation for the A-133 Single Audit and desk audit and site visits from the federal governments and is the financial liaison of the Board and CC. For more than 15 years, she served as the Director of Finance, COO, and CFO positions in the nonprofit world and she also has years of experience in the public accounting field. She received her B.A. degree from National Taiwan University in Taiwan and M.B.A. degree from the California State University at Los Angeles. She is a member of AICPA and Massachusetts Society of Certified Public Accountants.
