William R. Strecker is Kingsbury's President and CEO. Strecker joined Kingsbury as an inside sales associate in October, 1978. Over the following years, Strecker took on increasingly greater responsibilities in outside sales and marketing, and was promoted to Vice President, Sales & Marketing in January, 1994. In that position, Strecker was instrumental in expanding the company's presence overseas, particularly to China, and in coordinating the expansion of the Kingsbury's sales representative networks. Strecker was a key player in the acquisition of new products and brands that helped to double the company's growth from 1994 to the present. For the company as a whole, Strecker implemented marketing strategies to target high-value business opportunities, an initiative that has resulted in a stronger, more vibrant brand worldwide and an improved return for the shareholders. Strecker is a graduate of Drexel University with a degree in business, and also holds an MBA from LaSalle University. He was elected by the board of directors to the position of president in March 5, 2007.
