William S. Hopkins - Chief Executive Officer, Founding Partner Bill is the founder and CEO of The Knowledge Capital Group (KCG). Bill is frequently quoted in the trade and business press and regularly presents at trade shows and conferences around the world. He is recognized as a cutting-edge thought leader in the marriage of traditional and Web based enterprise business systems and has served as an advisor to some of the world's most successful innovators of customer and business-oriented solutions. Prior to launching KCG Bill was Senior Vice President of Marketing & Business Development for SMART Technologies. Before SMART Bill launched and was the research director for Gartner's Marketing Knowledge and Technology (MKT) service. Prior to Gartner, Bill held executive and international management positions at Gentia Software, Dun and Bradstreet's Sales Technologies, Inc. subsidiary, the SAS Institute and GE Capital Corporation. He has a B.S. from Babson College.
