Mr. Haynes joined the firm in 1987 and became a shareholder in 1991. He is a member of the litigation group and currently serves as the chairman of the firm's recruiting committee. Mr. Haynes has over twenty years? experience litigating a broad range of civil liability cases. His primary focus is on the defense of medical malpractice cases involving physicians, dentists, hospitals, nursing homes, and other healthcare professionals. He also has experience handling other complex litigation matters in the areas of professional liability, healthcare, and insurance defense. Mr. Haynes has been recognized by his peers for his outstanding trial skills. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, which is by invitation only and requires extensive experience as lead counsel in numerous civil trials. He is also AV peer review rated in Martindale-Hubbell, and he has been selected for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America.
