William C. Fenstermacher, Jr., CPA - Partner [email protected] Bill Fenstermacher established the firm in 1973, with the acquisition of a local, two person firm. Under Bill's direction, Fenstermacher & Company evolved in 1998 with the admission of Ellen B. Fenstermacher, CPA as a partner. Teaching accounting and related subjects at the junior college level was Bill's initial endeavor after graduating from East Carolina University. Four years later, his career in public accounting began with a large Delaware CPA firm that shortly merged with an international firm. The large firm tenure paved the way for Bill's successful career in charting clients through today's complex business and tax environment. His wide range of experience includes audits of banks, various sized businesses, municipalities, and not-for-profit organizations, as well as tax planning and compliance for businesses and individuals. In concert with our firm's community volunteerism, Bill's personal time commitment to numerous local civic organizations is high on his priority list. A father of two married sons, Bill resides in his native Unionville area with Ellen, his wife and business partner.
