Wendell has been a part of the Woodmoor Group for the last 10 years working in executive search with a focus in the chemical industry. Prior to his work with the Woodmoor Group, he was a Senior Vice President of a large multi-unit operation that had 26 locations and more then 500 employees. During this time he worked extensively in operations and HR recruiting, giving him invaluable experience for his work today. Historically, Wendell has been one of the Woodmoor Group's highest performing recruiters having led the firm in billings a number of years. He has done this through developing an extensive network in the industry and being flexible in working with a variety of clients; from the chemical industry's multibillion dollar companies to smaller, up and coming organizations. Working with high-level corporate officers in a variety of disciplines, to middle management, plant managers, engineers, and R&D, he has developed a dynamic network of individuals in the chemical industry.
