Wende Amerie is Chief of Staff for Corporate Edge, Inc. Her wide-ranging corporate responsibilities include business development, marketing, talent management and project management from initial client contact through project completion. Wende is the point person for all operations including communications between the firm's leadership consultants and high-profile clients. Wende's value to Corporate Edge is undeniable. Her highly developed organizational and communication skills serve the company well as she seamlessly manages the daily operations. Her position as liaison between consultants and clients provides an environment for individual, team and company excellence. Wende's ability to see the big picture, and still pay attention to detail, puts her front and center with clients: She attends business development meetings, assesses client needs, matches consultants and clients, develops and submits proposals and manages the project through completion. Behind the scenes, Wende coordinates Corporate Edge marketing, including Web site development and book-authoring projects. She manages the company's vast consultant resources, assimilates new coaches into the team and maintains work-distribution balance. Since joining the company, Wende has greatly improved team communications by establishing regular and on-going information-sharing activities, including monthly and quarterly company events. Prior to joining the Corporate Edge team, Wende gained valuable experience in project, talent and event management. As project manager for Lee Hecht Harrison's Leadership Consulting division, she developed and managed the firm's world-wide coaching roster, which grew from 100 to more than 450 coaches. As speaker services program manager for Key3Media, Wende researched and engaged event speakers for large, global conferences. Wende earned both her Bachelor of Arts in business management and her Paralegal Certificate from Saint Mary's College, Moraga, California.
