Wallace Varga is the Managing Director of Tax of Denham Capital and brings 16 years of experience to the firm. Wallace is responsible for transactional tax support, structuring, compliance, and all tax matters affecting Denham Capital, its funds and its fund investments. He is a member of the Management Committee and Valuation Committee. Prior to joining Denham Capital, Wallace was the Director of Tax for BISYS Alternative Investment Services, and Tax Manager at Deloitte & Touche and Ernst & Young where he focused on middle market companies and alternative investment industry. Wallace is a CPA and received a Bachelor of Science from Merrimack College, a Master of Science in Accounting from Suffolk University and a Master of Science in Taxation from Bentley College.
