As Vice President and Branch Manager for Bank of Georgetown's Connecticut Avenue location, Tyisha Cottman is responsible for customer account management, community outreach, commercial lending, team recruitment and overall branch operations. Ms. Cottman has been a vice president and branch manager with Bank of Georgetown since 2007 and has more than 10 years of experience in local banking. She helps customers make the most of their money through smart account management and best practices in financial services. Prior to joining the Bank of Georgetown family, Ms. Cottman was assistant vice president and branch manager with Fidelity & Trust Bank in Washington, D.C. Before that, she held a variety of positions from teller to loan officer with BB&T, where she worked for more than eight years. Ms. Cottman is an active member of the D.C. Chamber of Commerce and attended the University of the District of Columbia.
