Ty provides the leadership to support client needs for best practices in marketing processes and accompanying technical systems, always linking marketing actions to financial results. His vision energizes and focuses Pinpoint's project teams, translating to measurable productivity and improved communication. Ty is intimately involved with marketing automation solutions and the continuous improvement necessary for client success, as evidenced in his work with leading enterprises such as Daimler-Chrysler, American General Financial Solutions, Fifth Third Bank and Bank of America. Before Pinpoint, Ty was Lead Technical Architect for a CRM consultancy, where he managed staff for client engagements in technical and marketing consulting throughout the Northeast US. His many responsibilities started with proposal development and ran through architecture planning, database and data flow design, resource management and ultimate deployment. Earlier, Ty was Director of Product Development for Equifax (previously Naviant), providing strategic direction, consolidation, and a stabilization business and technology plan to turn around a failing division. Ty started his career as a Software Design Engineer with Martin Marietta, then moved to MRJ Technology Solutions where he was quickly promoted through numerous increasingly responsible positions. Ty earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of North CarolinaCharlotte, and holds numerous certifications including Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Certified Security Professional (CISSP), Security + and Oracle Certified Professional.
