Troy Kirk serves as PacificSource's Regional Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer. He provides oversight for sales and service in Oregon and Montana, as well as enterprise-wide marketing, including product development. He joined PacificSource in 2005 and is responsible for developing and implementing goal-oriented sales, marketing, and communication strategies. Troy has an extensive background in the employee benefits field, and previously served as vice president of sales and marketing for Regence Life and Health Insurance in Portland, Oregon. During his 20 years in the industry, Troy also served as a sales executive for Standard Insurance Company in Seattle and Boston. Troy holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from Linfield College. He is actively involved in youth sports and enjoys coaching youth baseball.
