Tripp directs all aspects of the sales process for Kor's residential projects, including product/brand positioning, marketing, pricing and release strategy, sales staffing and the closing process. Through his work on Kor developments spanning the globe, Tripp has been instrumental in the feasibility, planning, design, marketing and sale of homes throughout California, Mexico and the Caribbean achieving over $400 million in sales in just three years. Prior to joining Kor, Tripp was a senior executive with EMI Music in Los Angeles, CA, where he oversaw the sales and marketing of multi-platinum recording artists. The unconventional and cross-promotional platforms he used to market music talent gave rise to many of the innovative concepts he has brought to the world of residential marketing. Tripp received a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from Syracuse University.
