As Senior Vice President of Sheila Greco Associates LLC's Customized Research Business Unit, Tony is responsible for managing the internal staff of 3 distinct research teams. In the position he is also involved with maintaining and building client relationships while expanding the team's research solutions that help clients with the time saving services. Tony is well known as a thought leader who collaborates with customers, employees and partners to streamline recruiting efforts. Mr. Carbone, implements procedures to improve productivity and customer service, and defines the responsibilities of each research member, set goals and deadlines. Tony joined the company in June 1996. Tony earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Utica College of Syracuse University in 1996. His degree is in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management. Tony is a member of SHRM and is a Football Coach for children ages 7-12.
