Owner, founder, and principal broker of V/T Commercial, Tony Blake brings an extensive and varied brokerage background to the firm. An active commercial real estate broker since 1986, his broad experience includes office, retail, industrial, hospitality, and service brokerage. As an associate director of the Corporate Services Group of the nationally recognized firm of Grubb & Ellis, Blake became skilled at tenant and corporate client representation. Some of his clients have included Kaiser Permanente, Verizon Wireless, the University of Vermont, Albany College of Pharmacy & Health Services, Liberty Mutual, Unilever USA (Ben & Jerry's Homemade), Comcast Cable, JPMorgan Chase, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, the U.S. Marshalls Service, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. He is a founding member of the Chittenden Commercial Real Estate Association, and sat on its Board of Directors for eight years from 1996 through 2004. Prior to commercial real estate, Blake owned and operated five full-service restaurants in northwestern Vermont.
