Tom is a Partner and co-founder of Crown Advisors, a national executive search practice specializing in the real estate industry. Throughout his career, Tom has partnered with Construction and Real Estate Developers, Owners and Service based organizations. He has assisted clients in recruitment of C? level executives as well as general management, key line and staff positions. He establishes himself as a trusted partner to his clients through his consultative approach, strong work ethic, and extensive professional network. Tom's introduction to search came in 1984 with a national real estate and construction recruiting firm where he spent the next 12 years developing his disciplined operating style by leading recruiting initiatives, candidate development and project management. He is active in the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Design Build Institute of America, Urban Land Institute and the Associated General Contractors of America. Tom was a founding member and continues service on the board of Ace Mentor of Pittsburgh, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing career directions for students in architecture, construction and engineering. A graduate of West Virginia University, Tom resides in the Pittsburgh area with his wife and two daughters.
