Before joining eTERA Consulting, Mr. Haley was the Chief Technology Officer at Spriggs & Hollingsworth, responsible for overseeing the firm's litigation support and information technology department. As Vice President of e-Discovery, Mr. Haley is responsible for managing eTERA Consulting's electronic discovery specialists and the processes and procedures necessary to ensure the handling of all projects. In addition, he confers regularly with lawyers, corporate counsel, litigation support directors and other legal staff to assist in their EIA and electronic discovery matters, with emphasis on joint defense groups, multi-district litigation and class actions in the areas of product liability, toxic tort, environmental, government contracts and white collar crime.
