Tim McManamon has spent over 35 years in public accounting serving individuals and closely-held businesses. He is active in all areas of his client accounts. He also serves as a consultant, valuation specialist and advisor to businesses and individual clients, in such areas as audit, tax, pension, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, business management and strategic planning. Mr. McManamon is also an Accredited Business Valuator (ABV) and a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA). His valuation expertise covers several industries including, but not limited to, manufacturing, construction, health care, professional services and retail. Mr. McManamon's valuations and advice has been used for numerous purposes including estate and gift tax, purchase and sale of businesses, buy/sell agreements, and litigation, among other things. His litigation support and business valuation practice covers a broad range of industries, including construction, service-related, manufacturing, health care, and distribution. Mr. McManamon has provided expert testimony when called upon to do so. Mr. McManamon has also worked with individuals and privately owned businesses of all types. Among other things, he acts as a financial reporting and tax consultant, a tax advisor on complex transactions, as well as a management advisor, frequently working with individuals on matters of tax strategies, construction claims, financial and business planning. He has been a trusted advisor called upon numerous times to consult and negotiate purchases and sales of privately-held businesses. Mr. McManamon is a member of the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), the Greater Cleveland Growth Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants.
