Sr. Vice President, Global Performance Management Tim leads the Efficiency First Performance Management, Benchmark Research & Analysis, and Performance Scoring teams and is the lead innovation architect for AOTMP's Efficiency First System, a framework for managing fixed & mobile telecom environments. Tim is also the owner and author of AOTMP's patent pending process for Telecom Environment Management and of AOTMP's Industry Best Practice Library and Intelligence Engine. Tim has successfully completed hundreds of fixed and mobile telecom consulting engagements focused on generating performance efficiency and business value for clients over the past two decades. Prior to joining AOTMP 8 years ago Tim spent 3 years as Director of Support Services for a telecommunications consulting firm where he refined and proved telecommunications best practice methodology across 500+ client consulting engagements. Tim holds a BA in Telecommunications from Indiana University and makes his home in Bloomington, Indiana.
