Tom joined the firm as a shareholder in 2003. Tom has over 25 years experience providing tax and accounting services to privately-held companies and their owners. His expertise extends to not only small to medium-size corporations in the manufacturing, construction and service industry, but also to partnerships, trusts, estates and non-profit entities. Tom leads the firm's wealth management service group which assists clients with their individual long-term financial goals, including funding for education, retirement and estate planning. A licensed Life & Health insurance agent in the State of Nebraska, Tom also has his Series 66 Securities License and is a Registered Investment Advisor Representative (with the firm's advisory services offered through Honkamp Krueger Financial Services, Inc., a Registered Investment Advisor). He has also completed the Certification of Educational Achievement for "Personal Financial Planning". Tom is a member of the AICPA and the Nebraska Society of CPAs. He is currently President of the Masonic Youth Foundation of Nebraska and has previously served on the boards of the Girls Scouts - Great Plains Council and Ballet Omaha. He is a graduate of Creighton University where he received his B.A. in Accounting in 1977.
