At dpiX, all employees are responsible for quality assurance. As Vice President of Quality, Terri Pederson is responsible for leading the quality assurance effort in all areas of the company, overseeing the product life cycle, and directing business systems that control product and process quality. Under this umbrella, Terri is responsible for Quality, Product Engineering, Manufacturing Execution and Automation Systems, and Documentation Control. Terri has held various positions at dpiX, during which time she setup and developed the Customer Support, Reliability Engineering and Product Engineering functions, directed implementation of the Quality Management and Environmental Management Systems, and led dpiX to achieve ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 registrations. Terri holds a Bachelor's degree, and has over 25 years of experience in high tech. Prior to joining dpiX, Terri held several Engineering, Manufacturing and OEM Business Development positions of increasing responsibility in the Medical X-ray Equipment Manufacturing Industry.
