Ted is a licensed clinical psychologist who is the founder and co-director of Chapin & Russell Associates, a private counseling and consulting service in Peoria, Illinois. He is certified in career counseling and vocational assessment. Ted received his Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Business from Carroll College and his Master's and Ph.D. in Counseling and Personnel Services from Marquette University. He is a recognized speaker and trainer in the fields of management effectiveness training and organizational wellness.
