Susan's career spans 20 years of uncovering and translating insights into powerful consumer and corporate marketing campaigns. Having spent over 15 years in leadership positions at various agencies and companies, from Landor Associates and Ogilvy & Mather, to Pepsi Cola, Sara Lee, and Baxter Healthcare, Susan brings an exceptional background in marketing and executive management. From sports bras to statins, Susan has collaborated and consulted on many diverse business areas, including consumer insights, strategy, creative development, internal organizational structure, and media relations for a wide range of clients in a variety of new and emerging media. These clients include: Kraft, SC Johnson, Discovery Channel, MasterCard, Champion Atheleticwear, Centrum, Crystal Light, Pfizer, Novartis, Galderma, Tumi Luggage, City of Baltimore, Christian Children's Fund, and more. When not engaged with brand transformations, Susan likes to shoot and edit short movies, teach Sunday School, and make hopelessly optimistic attempts at lowering her golf score. Susan is an active alumna of her alma mater, Penn State University.
