Susan heads up the firm's management consulting practice in consumer products. She brings over 20 years of experience in management consulting and market research in consumer products. Susan works in all the major consumer product sectors, and particularly enjoys those assignments in which she can help a client facing significant competitive challenges. Using our strategy support and development services, she excels at helping them determine how to regain their competitive stature. Prior to joining Kline, Susan was a new products manager at RJR Nabisco. She received her B.S from Ohio State University, and MBA from Monmouth University. Susan lives on an 18th century farmstead in Western New Jersey with her husband, horses, and other assorted creatures. She enjoys tennis, American antiques, and classic cars.
