Steven Watt, PE, President and Chief Executive Officer, joined the firm in 1987 and has more than 29 years experience in the A/E Industry. Steve's background in transportation planning, design, and project management provides a broad understanding of the varied requirements in serving the engineering needs of clients. Personifying the Wilson & Company ideal of Higher Relationships, Steve is committed to helping communities find collaborative and innovative solutions to today's transportation and environmental challenges. Internally, Steve aims to lead the company through intensity and discipline. He believes good things don t just happen; they are the product of hard work. He holds a civil engineering degree from Colorado State University and is a member of the Institute of Transportation Engineers, the National Society of Professional Engineers, and the American Consulting Engineers Council. Beyond his role at Wilson & Company, Steve is an avid (and so, long suffering) golfer. Since moving to Colorado in 1972, he has been an avid (and so, long suffering) Denver Broncos fan. These personal passions have helped him develop a pragmatic approach to life and business, tempered by a steadfast sense of hope.
