Steve Baker, president, oversees the day-to-day operations of the company, including business growth, strategic planning, and product development. Prior to 2000, Steve managed a team of technology experts within GTECH Corporation, a global high-tech firm, commanding a 70% market share in its industry. His responsibilities included defining and overseeing the development of cutting-edge products to bring rapid industry growth. In addition, he leveraged emerging technologies to enhance the company's competitive position in the marketplace. Previously, Steve served as a senior developer and software team leader at a think-tank company, specializing in rapid prototyping of unique solutions, which consistently featured new and emerging technologies in customer solutions and ergonomic design. During his time there, the company grew from $3M to $120M in 5 years. Steve holds a Bachelor's of Science in Computer Science from California State University, Northridge, with a concentration in systems design and mathematics. Steve enjoys most anything outdoors and is an avid cycling fan.
