Mr. O'Neil, who joined the firm in 2001, is responsible for managing FPA's Trading Department and executing securities transactions for all accounts under management. During his twenty-five years of trading experience, Mr. O'Neil was Senior Vice President and Head Trader for Mitchell Hutchins Asset Management Co. and Director and Manager of Equity Trading for ARCO Investment Management Co. Mr. O'Neil received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California.
