Soraya Tyriver is Executive Vice President of Woolbright Development, Inc. Mrs. Tyriver has been an important part of the growth and development of Woolbright since its inception, as one of the four founding members and serving in a number of roles in the company. Some of her positions have included corporate marketing, market research & analysis, acquisition targeting, financial analysis, conducting due diligence, as well as loan & acquisition/disposition closings. She currently oversees the acquisitions/dispositions of all company transactions and valuations of the company's portfolio, as well as coordinating with the Asset Managers in the maintenance and execution of portfolio business plans. Mrs. Tyriver has 10 years experience in retail real estate, working for Prudential Securities and then The Sterling Companies. Mrs. Tyriver holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics & Management Science from the State University of New York College at Cortland. She was also named one of the Top Women in Commercial Real Estate in Florida by Florida Real Estate Journal in 2008.
