As the Chief Human Resources Officer, Shari is responsible for all aspects of the the HR support and planning function across each of the Inland Imaging companies. She, and her highly skilled team of HR professionals, also provide support services for outside organizations and practice groups. Shari has special expertise, and credentialing, in the areas of employee compensation and benefits planning. She has been pivotal in deploying an employee wellness initiative at Inland and standardizing numerous HR systems and management policies. With over 25 years experience, Shari has worked in high-tech manufacturing, healthcare, and public-sector settings. She was responsible for establishing and hiring numerous foreign offices for an international manufacturing company. She is a graduate of Eastern Washington University.
