Shannon was a founding member of J. Taylor & Associates, LLC in 1999 as part of the healthcare consulting division. She has over fifteen years experience in public accounting and specializes in the following areas: valuing medical practices and large multi-specialty clinics. Shannon also utilizes her financial background and knowledge of the healthcare industry in facilitating joint venturing and other integration strategies, including the development of business plans and feasibility studies for such transactions. Shannon is accomplished in performing clinic operations reviews, due diligence reviews and other areas of need for clients, including general business advisory services. Prior to joining J. Taylor & Associates, LLC, Shannon worked for McCaslin & Company, P.C. in the Healthcare Consulting Group. Shannon was with McCaslin for over three years and was instrumental in the growth and development of the healthcare consulting practice. Before joining McCaslin, Shannon was with Ernst & Young LLP where she was a member of their Regional Healthcare Industry Group. During such period Shannon was an integral part of their team serving small and large health systems.
