Ms. Bastani oversees all aspects of LTP marketing and sales plan implementation. She plays an active role in business development with an emphasis on choosing strategic partners and alliances. Prior to LTP, Ms. Bastani was responsible for strategic market planning and marketing communications for Convene International, leading to the company's aggressive penetration into the explosive eLearning market. These efforts included the successful branding and positioning of the company's first marketed eLearning product. Ms. Bastani has a BS from UCLA and an MBA from Georgetown University.
